The Ferrari Scuderia One Watch is what you would call a status symbol. Not only a status symbol, but a status symbol that is practically impossible to get. Only 60 are being made, they’re selling for $300,000, and are only available to Ferrari owners. So strike one, two and a big strike three for me.
However if you’re a lucky SOB who is able to get his hands on the rare and expensive watch, then get this; it has a tourbillon and fusee chain, a central bridge made in carbon fiber, that tells the time on rotating, vertically aligned barrels. Which is also really cool.
Not really liking the appearance of this watch. Very weird design and looked “busy”. I guess it would only be appealing for those hardcore Ferrari fans…
I would say the watch is interesting, and will turn heads. I prefer a simple but sleek watch myself.
The whole concept is kind of absurd, but it is pretty awesome. If I were a Ferrari owner with an extra $300,000, I would probably wear them with these James Bond-like USB sunglasses.
